Still about customer service

sweepy17 join:2004-07-21 Apex, NC	Still about customer service Time Warner cannot even handle the business that they have. Try calling your local TWC call center and see if you can even get through. My question is why add more services when you cannot handle the ones you already have. Of all the 38 TWC call centers the one here in Morrisville North carolina still rates at the bottom in customer service. This is not a good move until TWC can come to grips with what they have..I for one am already tired of music on hold for 1 hour plus....thoughts ?
