DSL slow down

I've been using telus for the past 2 years, everything has been fine, speed was great. But since last week, my connection got pretty slow. This isn't with downloading files, it's just basic website browsing. An example would be loging in to this forum, it took me almost 1min 30sec. I live in Richmond, B.C. Is any one experienceing slow down as well?

TELUS		 hazuremon of Richmond also has the same problem.
Perhaps you can list information to narrow down the problem.
Still unsure why TELUS couldn't be reached.
