I have been on hold all morning. Pretty sad. |

| reply to JibeHo I'm having this "love-hate" with DSLI. I love that I have virtually no down time. Sure there are glitches with email from time to time but I always have great bandwidth. I hate that if you need to contact a live person, well - it's not easy. Also they don't seem to keep up the Web site or provide information when needed. I will not recommend DSLI to people that are looking for DSL because I honestly think that I will wake up tomorrow and find out that they went out of business or that they were "shut down" for some reason.
I was one of the cast-offs from DirecTV DSL. I went to SpeakEasy via Covad and that was a disaster. I ended up with DSLI via BS and have been happy. I'm afraid to change so I guess I'll wait until I'm a cast-off from DSLI and then look for another provider.
Does that sound like a plan or what? |

| reply to JibeHo Yeah. I know the feeling. THey have always had issues with being able to be contacted when there are problems. I had my line go down on a Saturday morning and could not get any help until Monday. I thought they were supposed to have Saturday hours but no one ever answered the phone.
Have you tried going with Speakeasy or LBDSL through Covad on a dry line since that has been introduced?? Might be the way to go since you will not have to give up your line share and you can evaluate the new dsl first. |
