All this legal mumbo-jumbo about anti-spamming laws is just a front anyway. Spamming is a part of all that is commercial, so you know there's some Fat-Cat somewheres getting rich off of it. And to top it off it's the Internet, unregulated chaos in all it's glory. Maybe if you find the fat-cat you can cripple spamming but I doubt you can kill it.
