BitTorrent in fact has many legit uses for end users. Many game companies are using the technology in different ways. Some Linux distros are now being released this way. Those are just 2 examples.
It's interesting how you've totally decided not to address the topic of the thread. You've stated an opinion - which I have no problem with you doing. But I don't see you confirming or denying the use of a filtering application. Which was the main topic here.
