I wonder if users on IFITL would be part of the "select markets" that BS plans to start servicing first next year; since we already have FTTC.

I would think so. The IFITL users are already set up for this new infrastructure. Since its fiber fed to the pedestal from maybe an RT, it is then copper to the house over 2 pair (RJ45).
