[Broadvox Direct] Not big news

Just noticed the drop-down menu is a little different.

The add/change is not operational yet, or 911.

Re: [Broadvox Direct] Not big news

I was poking around the portal as well yesterday and was looking at the Find Me, Follow Me settings.

Is there a way to set up custom profiles or at least rename the existing ones? the default ones are obviously geared towards the business offering from Broadvox and I'd like to alter them, if possible.

On a side note, my POTS service has been out for 1+ days and AT&T promises to have someone out by tomorrow

Re: [Broadvox Direct] Not big news

If I understand your question, it's very easy to set up a new FM/FM profile. Under MyPhone, simply select "Follow Me" then "Add/Remove FollowMe". Then add a name to "Add New Follow Me Treatment". If you'd like you can remove the business-sounding FM/FM profiles here too.

Is that what you were looking for, or has my Friday afternoon work taken its toll???

Re: [Broadvox Direct] Not big news

I can add profiles at Erik describes, but you cannot remove the default profiles.
