Someone should archive both versions if possible.
Law 101: if you purposely make your contract harder to read and try to hide critical details under 63 pages of bull, your contract will not stand...particularly when the contract is foisted off on consumers.
Hmmm...in fact...I guess *I* should archive it as this is the area I'm headed for: anyone got a copy of the old version?
I love companies that try to hide slimy behavior behind what they hope you'll believe is a valid contract...
