Docsis 3.0

Is docsis 3.0 the wonderful reason why TWC/RR is still using docsis 1.0 / 1.1? I sure as hell hope so. 200mbps/100mbps may be worth the wait.

Why isn't cablevision on there for Optimum Online? Too small a market? I know I'd love to be back with them. I'm paying the same price for Time warner and getting 1/3 the download speed and 1/2 the upload speed. And Time Warner seems to have a lot more downtime and slowdowns than Cablevision has, at least here in Brooklyn.
