[Primus] Lingo: Voicemail problem

I am getting "This operation cannot be completed" error when I try to check my voice mail on two of my Lingo lines.

This happens to me about twice a month. Lingo does not have a reason, but if you call in to Tech Support and just tell them you need a voicemail "reset" and explain the problem, they take care of it in 5 minutes...

Not the *right* answer from Lingo, but it always solves my problem.

I would recommend calling in - I've waited before and it's never just "reset itself".

It is working now. I didn't have to call in, it fixed itself, go figure.

I dont know if this will help. Isnt there a way under Manage Features to send voicemail to your email while at the same time, keeping it available in the voicemail box. This way it would be in both places regardless of any trouble.

Might be worth a try.

Thanks for the tip, however, I already get my voice mail in email attchaments, I cannot check my voice mail from my phone and cannot delete old messages....

Got an email from lingo support. They resolved the problem, and reset my passcode for some reason...

I found you can fix voicemail yourself by loging into lingo.com and going to change your password. Just change it to the same one and that will work. Good luck.:)

Login to lingo.com and change your password (same page as your address information). That works for me but not sure why. Good luck.
