 | [Vonage] Vonage system down, no voicemail from phone or web Twice in the last week, I have received a call and subsequent voice mail with message indicator (steady beep). Upon trying to retrieve the voicemail message, the system tells me my account is in use and cannot be accessed. I cannot log in to the Vonage account via the web to retrieve voicemail or any other account feature.
Customer service says "my system is locked up too. sorry". All cust. service managers are too busy to even take my complaint. No offers of discount or any other assuagement were made.
This is unacceptable, but typical. Company goes public to get more cash, service demands increase, ability to deliver dramatically decreases. Guess I have to go with the big guys on this one, like SBC or Verizon. Too bad, I really liked Vonage's service until now. I just can't trust them.
