Banks, OR		VZ says wait 'til 2015(?!) for 100% DSL deployment

...in Pennsylvania, and that's only if the bill passes!

I say if it's going to take that long for VZ to provide DSL to the citizens of Pennsylvania, the governor should dump the bill, and let the local governments do it sooner.
