This bill is probably laden with back door clauses and vague language.
Ask for permission, wait 6 months then, IF Verizon says it will build, wait another 18 months before something happens with no guarantees. Guess someone is getting paid by Verizon.  |

you're close. actually, if VZ doesn't offer the service, then they have 12 months to wait before they respond, and another 14 months to implement the service at whatever price they see fit. |
