 Thanks!

After three years of almost completely trouble-free DSL existence, I had a slowdown problem that started late last week. I posted in SBC Direct and Toaster, Beach Boy and RazznCain all pitched in to get the problem resolved.

I'm absolutely pleased with SBC, and have been from day one. I'm planning to post a very positive review when I get a minute to do so.

Thanks again to the Official Techs for getting me back up to speed.

(And no -- I don't work for SBC. )

Ditto -- different problem, different location, but through SBC Direct, beach boy got the speeds back for me. Thank you again beach boy!

Many public thanks also to those who responded here before I took the problem to SBC Direct.

I agree!! Thanks to all!! I've had DSL at 2 different addresses since 2000 and have only 1 problem in that time. Took a couple techs here and at my place, but got it all figured out and have been going solid since. Got caught up in the slow down and that has since been resolved.

Keep up the great work!!
