Just understand my point of you claiming that 'the UN should control the Internet everywhere'
This is like saying it is OK for an original British invention company claiming all the similar companies in the US...

I think you mean to say, "that the *US* should control . . . "

I agree that the internet, tcp/ip, etc. is no longer a US invention (if it ever was an invention, per se. It was however developed by the US). I don't think the UN should control it though. I think a non-UN controlled consortium of the biggest internet using countries should be created. Each should have only a single vote--regardless of how many people or how much money that country spends. Something along those lines. It would somehow need to be depoliticised and not accept any type of special interest money.

Not an easy task.
