| Does this affect taxing?
As was seen just earlier today, some cities are trying to impose taxes onto VoIP companies even if the company has no physical presence in the city itself. If this does strike down those potential taxes, then it's a very good thing. Obviously, having a hundred-plus different taxes (one per city) piled on top of VoIP could have killed the industry.
