I got a letter recently from my ISP saying that the Motion Picture Association knows i've downloaded crap.
I frequent a number of eMule/eDonkey2000 release sites. People post about these letters almost regularly. Some people have gotten over five, and still continue to download with the same ISP.

It's a scare tactic without a leg to stand on. Discard it and keep on downloading.
