Jeez -- if the prosecution is 100% that this guy is responsible for said spam and fraud, then shoot him. It'll cost less to finance the bullet, the janitorial cleanup, and the burial/cremation in one swift pop to the head than it will to house this asshat in a taxpayer funded prison system for 9 years (max.).
Sounds harsh? Maybe you should spam, get caught, and be shot too -- then you can tell us a cheaper way to deal with these sorts of people.
