see the big problem from 5 to 6 this is what they told me Our investigation show that you may be running an applications that is using a large amount of bandwidth, examples of this would be online gaming, p2p file sharing, spyware and or popup, scanning application, there are a number of other but I think these would be the most common.
well iv called tech support after hrs and emailed them a couple times what would you guys try next
