chernobyl is in the ukraine, but a massive amount of the fallout fell on belarus. 90+% of belarus is above "safe" levels for exposure.
after reading my comment i can agree that is was rather tasteless, and if i was from anywhere near the accident would find it offensive. if i could go back and edit i would.
you might be better off with a constructive insult than accusing someone of being in the KKK, or questioning my skills in geography
