|  Java Issue??
Ever since i upgraded to Java 1.4.2_05 MyIE2 locks up when i visit THIS SITE (Excellent file site)
I can goto it in IE6 but not MyIE2,i dunno why.......
Anyone else running MyIE2 and have Java 1.4.2_05?? Can someone test this perhaps and lemme know???

I just got an error when i went to it this time,every other time the browser just locked up...This time my browser locked up and my Java wrote this to my desktop as an error:

join:2003-11-01 | same java version, maxthon 11039. went in ok, but cpu went up to 85%. locked up after clicking other tabs. 15 tabs opened, 4 of them java. if just view/click thing on that site, things are ok. no lock up. | |

for a few weeks now since i got a security update from microsoft (kb8734707) i have had random freeze ups on yahoo, msn and other java programs like online tuners and such. its really getting me po'ed. i'm running 98se and i have no spybots or spyware or adware or anything obvious on my hard-drive.
anyone have a suggestion ? | |

98se ie6. no freeze ups with those sites. BUT, ever since the july31 update, ie6 crash or leave a dead process on exit. still don't know how to fix it, the only way so far is to keep it open or reboot. However, no problem what so ever if I run Maxthon, which is an ie wrapper, when maxthon runs, no trace of iexplorer.exe in task list. Go figure! | |
