The only country, other than the US, that Comcast has staffing in is Canada. Other than that Comcast performs all operations within the US.
I've heard this same thing about the Comcast CAEs but are you including all the other Comcast personnel, such as billing, procurement, etc? Also whether Comcast has "drastically reduced" outsourcing to foreign countries as tomkcr asserted earlier.
