| vonage i love it and hate it
i have had Vonage for over a year now never have had a problem with the service i love it well for the past two days when i make a call it is so choppy that the people i call can not hear me so i use my cell phone to call them back
well last night i called Vonage was on hold for one hour  that sucks big time i like the old days the most i was on hold was for 10 min so the guy at Vonage tells me he will send me a BLANK UPDATE (what the hell is a blank update) so i called Vonage this am and told them i want one month free for the long hold time well they gave it to me and that's when i love Vonage and know i just need to make sure the phone works |
