| [Line Problem] 3-day downtime
Anybody know why Santa Ana, Anaheim and surrounding areas in California have been having trouble the past three days? It's been a bummer not to be able to connect the last three evenings. On top of that, the status update when you call tech support is really brief, withholding details I'd like to know - especially with an extended problem such as this. "Engineers are aware of the issue..." (or whatever they say) isn't enough after the second day, that's for sure. 
I'm up now, but I'd hate for it to go back down again.
Calling them this morning now doesn't include Anaheim as a problem, and Santa Ana is farther away from me, so hopefully I'm okay now.
