More on this. I am not dialing a Tollfree number. Here is the scenario. This is a local residential number of my brother. He moved his service to Vonage a few months ago. After constant problems (you-name-it-I've-got-it), he decided to switch back to Verizon. Now the problem started when I call his number using my Vonage phone. During the switch from Verizon-Vonage-Verizon his phone number remained the same. I've reported this problem to Vonage via email and received a technical ticket number. Waiting for a resolution. |

Maybe your brother switched from Verizon -> Vonage -> Verizon -> VoicePulse and is using their Filtering feature to block you for giving him a lousy birthday present.
