I don't know. They would have to see competition in all their major markets for them to take action. For example, there are three cable companies in my market (Insight, Sigecom, and Ohio Valley Cable) that offer internet access. Then there's all the DSL providers. Does this competition affect Insight? Not really, but then again, none of the other cable companies' service is even as good as Insight's.
