i dont believe that broadband has surpassed dialup..i think its buncha bullshit to make the broadband business look better. noway in hell is there more broadband. look at all those places where broadband aint even available yet or the prices for broadband is lil tohigh......dialup is still the king, iwouldnt believe what the government said.

So you think "rural" equates to "uneducated". That was a very un-substantiated and ignorant statement. For your ref. I lived in a a very rural area and had dialup for three years before Comcast rolled out broadband for us. I have a Criminalistics degree and owned a business for 10 years. Where does that fit in your grand determination of who uses dialup?
