I believe it has to do with server issues, ip address and stuff like that. I DO have an american credit card account, but when you go to sign up, the site automatically identifies you as not being from the US and it then takes you to a "thank you, only US residents and its territories may sign up" screen.

Yeah, thought it had to do with IP address. But can't you just find a proxy server in America? |
