Ventura County in my book... Enjoy the smog,, traffic, Gangbangers baby!!!!. I love watch'in KTLA in the morning with the traffic reports-or streaming KFI on the 'net w/their traffic reports. Yeah..I wanna move to "Thousand Oaks", so I can get your DSL speeds.. Gawd... But..when you 'come up for air' in S.L.O. County, we have 3 simple rules: 1) Enjoy your stay. 2)Spend LOTS of $$$. 3)then.. GO HOME!!!! ...and drive safely...CHP patrols BIG TIME in S.L.O., Santa Barbara County...
