They better get it right this time. RT users (Expert - 1.5/128) are still on 160kbps sync rate, while CO customers are on 256.

And they were suppose to give the upload increase by the end of the 2nd quarter.

clubs:		 Well it seems if you people on Expert rerate/resign they suddenly get the 256 upload. I have seen a few people here in IL get the 256 up without doing a thing and others still on the 128 upload.

I'M SO MAD THAT I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN UPGRADED TO 256k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Actually RT customers are required to make a change to their contract to be rerated to the 256k upload.. its been set for quite some time.. all you have to do is call and say you want to renew your year contract from todays date and tehy will put it through and you will get the higher speeds. All new RT based lines have been getting 256k for quite a while...
