Agreed. Ive only had vonage for 2-3 months, in that time my service has been down once, for 2 hours. no big issue. but ive already given my rant/defense on the last headline about this a few days ago... |

I've had landline service on my own for over 6 years now, and have NEVER been down!

| Actually yes. I have an alarm system that has a log to tell if the line ever went down. Then got a seperate line for that because you shouldn't have both DSL and that on the same line. So now I also have DSL with a 2wire modem and I can tell in that log if it has ever gone out...because the modem has been on 24/7. So in all honesty, yes.
