| Re: Vonage suspends my account You are right, we do not have to stand for this. That's why there are other providers out there. No one is holding you to Vonage or anyone else. Leave them, but don't try to force them to conform to your standards with government involvement. No one can agree on the standards and in the end, only the government will win.
But, before you leave them, you may consider paying your bill and discussing the matter with them first. Who knows? Maybe this "evil" company will credit your account. You don't know unless you ask them.  |
