Low latency my foot. When I got @Home I used to ping most of the United States between 20 and 40 ms, which is considered decent for a broadband connection. Look at me now.

Mine isn't consistent in the slightest. I'll get 30's every now and then, then 200's and 400's every now and then. I average out at around 100-130 in games.
DoctorPing gives me a rating of 89.
