I just got off the phone with Insightbb - there appears for be an extensive outage, but they wouldn't give any other information. We're in Chalmers, IN.

Bedford, IN		 Frequent disconnects yesterday and total outage from before 8 this morning until 3 this afternoon. Still having frequent disconnects today. Im in Bedford, IN.
