Wonder why they didn't even send a email telling us about it?

They are ... It is going to go along with a major webpage revamping that has been slightly delayed.

Thanks...already submitted my "feedback" regarding Insight Broadband. Well, they asked.

Insight sent me this, I included my reactions.

Yech, the website is a portal now. It has nothing to do with Insightbb.

Best part of the Email was
"At Insight, we are committed to providing you the hottest, most requested Internet features. We are pleased to introduce the following new additions:"

Since when is webmail the hottest feature, Insight just hasn't kept up. Two don't sell or try to force me into any security product, I have my own already. Third I never go to website so who cares.

Well, it's about time! Insight was way behind the curve on getting a webmail service!

Did anyone notice in the e-mail that Insight was requesting a "received notice"? What's that's for. I don't see any reason to send the notice, unless it's some sort of update to the EULA.

Yup. I saw it. I also think deleting messages from your Inbox after 30 days is a crock unless you move them to one of your Personal folders.
