find a local telecom equipment company that sells ESI phone systems and get a bid for a 5 year contract. take that info to the financing co. saying that system and its cost is all you have to pay for , (since you are getting NONE of the services in the contract), and what you ARE willing to pay for. if they refuse to negotiate, every judge in the land should back you.
