I have heard that the bankruptcy judge may void all the lease agreements that Norvergence has done. I have been contacted by CIT who is one of the leasing companies who is trying to force suppliers on me to reconnect me using he box.

The KEY here is no matter what don't use your box. If you don't and the judge voids the contracts you won't be obligated to make your payments any longer. The company who holds you lease can have their equipment back. You start using your box with a different alternative supplier and the lease now has a value and you are screwed...
