find a local telecom equipment company that sells ESI phone systems and get a bid for a 5 year contract. take that info to the financing co. saying that system and its cost is all you have to pay for , (since you are getting NONE of the services in the contract), and what you ARE willing to pay for. if they refuse to negotiate, every judge in the land should back you. |

| reply to odog Having service cut off and having to get new providers is the least of our problems, Norvergence customers. The big question is: How would a court of law look at an arrangement where the customer is getting none of the promised service and yet is required to make payments for all of the 60 month contract period for a piece of equipment whose value has no reasonable relationship to the lease payment? When called, the leasing company which handles our contract acted like they don't know anything about the equipment or Norvergence at all: just keep paying or else. |
