| Can you say class action? Having service cut off and having to get new providers is the least of our problems, Norvergence customers. The big question is: How would a court of law look at an arrangement where the customer is getting none of the promised service and yet is required to make payments for all of the 60 month contract period for a piece of equipment whose value has no reasonable relationship to the lease payment? When called, the leasing company which handles our contract acted like they don't know anything about the equipment or Norvergence at all: just keep paying or else. |
