|  The sad thing is what they did is legal, unethical, but legal, the got 70% of thier money up front from leases for equipment that cost around $2K but selling to the leasing company for around $60000. Leasing companies don't check retail values, to them is just a loan commitment to the customer. Most leases these days are nothing more than loans.
I am sure there is something they can hang these guys with, but it won't be this.
We have a customer who is ready for when things end, we implemented a dial-up backup in his netopia R9100 router we provided for him earlier., so when norvergence ends his router will simply switch to a dialup connection with a solvent provider allowing them something until thier new provider gets them connected. (30 day lead time).
