I'd be all over it... First thing I would paper is the classrooms where I have classes. We can't have a single day go by with out a student interrupting the lecture for a call.
As for it blocking Wi-Fi... Considering most people want access in more than one room, how is it suppose to help ? The only way this could be useful is you only want wireless in ONE room (in which case, just run wires) and that room has NO windows...
