| [VoicePulse] Other person can not hear me
I have had VoicePulse for almost 6 months now and it has worked great until last week.
What I don't know is if I have an equipment problem or if it is a VoicePulse problem.
Since last week after being on the phone for a minute or two the person on the other end will just stop hearing me. I can hear them fine even after they can't hear me. If I hang up and call back it will work for a few minutes and do the same thing. It's like my side stops sending data after a couple of minutes.
The only real troubleshooting I can think of is taking my router out of the loop. I don't have an extra cable modem or sipura.
I just wanted to know if anyone had seen this or had any suggestions.

join:2004-06-04 | I did a little testing and I don't think it is a VoicePulse problem. I think my modem is on the fritz. I will post again if that turns out to not be the case. |

Sounds like packet loss. Go to »www.pingplotter.com and download PingPlotter. Run it for a bit and see if you see any packet loss. |
