 Anon | Release my line!!!
How do I get my dsl line released from winfire's equipment? I have tried to sign up for other dsl companies but all tries have been denied because of the lineshare problem. I have even contacted the FCC and was told by them in letter than winfire is bankrupt and that the only way i an get my line released was by contacting winfire myself. I have not been on this forum for months so i have not been up to date with the latest info concerning winfire. Please give me any advice on my problem or on how to contact winfire. Thanks in advance for your help. |

| reply to Anon All I have to say is be really really patient. It took me 3 months to get Winfried off my line & Vz put on. Make sure you call Vz & Ryhtms everyday to make sure the processes are running. He a suggestion and maybe not a real popular one. If you want to avoid this problem in the future I would sign up with Verizon or your local Bell company. Face it, they own the notorious last mile to your house unles you can get cable which I cannot. And I don't see them going out of business anytime soon. So far since I've got my service up from Verizon its been pretty solid..But then again I'm not as picky as a lot of crybabies in these forums..Good luck! |
