<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/750652"><b>BizFinancing</b></A> : Seems like typical behavior for these 2.<br><br>Have a similar set up near here that works very well and offers great competition for Comcast & Qwest.<br><br>Not only has this muni system been good for residential customers but also for local businesses, local loop rates are half what Qwest charges and most CLEC's have partnered with them to get the better rates.]]></description>
