Maybe in reliability and increased stability of the network since they took over the reigns 3 years ago or so from @Home. But for pricing, speeds and customer service they definitely have a lot more work to do before getting that silver. SBC is destroying them price and speed wise with there new tiers. It's to bad Project Pronto - didn't stay pronto. Or many of us Insight customers would be out the door pronto and going to SBC.
