NukeMeElmo : I honestly have no clue about the digital boxes. But I would definately give a call in to your friendly regional call center and I'm sure they'd be able to assist you. If it is an issue with the box or with the signal I don't think anyone here would be able to resolve it. I'd just call in.

ashakouri1 : I have had my digital cable box for about two years and recently since Adelphia took HBO off of the regular channels and on to digital cable, I have been using the digital box more often, and I have noticed that while I am watching a show the signal cuts in and out maybe 10 times in an hour program. I am watching HBO and the signal is lost and like 3-5 seconds later I get it back but for that 3-5 seconds the screen black or the signal is scattered. Now I was wondering if this is normal, my regular cable is fine and I get no problems with it so I am thinking that if there is a problem it is with the digital box.
