I attempted the same thing with but Cingular and Verizon and I got dropped about 5 times with each in Sumter County and Alachua County.

Yes I know, I use the cell phone entirely too much, nearly 5,000 minutes a month total. :)

I wouldn't be so sure about charging more for the same services...not only are they the best provider out there in many areas of the nation...but now that the new law has been passed so that you can take your number anywhere, there is a lot of open places for businesses; some not as reliable, some won't even be as reliable but that's a chance you take.
