It said HOST or IP Address. In the host it already had the IP that I have set for my pc, so I just let it go like that.

Thanks again.

GDBNight : This sounds similar to a problem I had. Go to the 2200 config page, log in, and go to Service Configuration. In the sevice name field scroll down to "My new Service". Click on enable, then a window pops up saying "Host service", click on OK. You should then see a window with your Host device or ip address choice. You should see a window to add your ports. From what you posted you'll need to port " from 113 to 113" with "base host" port set to 113 also. I didnt need to add an ip so I clicked Done. You should then see the new service added in the Service Configuration listings. Next I had to go to the bottom of the page and click on static NAT, click on it and add this ip, 192.168.1.47, click done/close. Close out of the 2200 config page and try your software. I havn't tried this with a Linksys router yet so YMMV, but I'm getting ready to do the same thing. Hope this helps.

ChocoDough : I just got DSL and everything seems to be fine so far, but the config page in the modem for opening a port isn't done very well in my opinion. I guess I am just used to a Linksys router where it was very easy to do port forwarding.

Anyway, I have the 2200 hooked up to a switch so my wife's computer can use the connection, so I had assigned IP's to both computers, for internal networking related issues. But I like to go on IRC from time to time, and I need to forward port 113 for IdentD to my computer and can't figure the bloody thing out. :)

So could someone please elighten me on how to go about doing this?
