The encoder also plays a very crucial role in the final product.<br><br>However, if you encode two AVI files with the same exact settings, the one compressed with XviD will surpass the video compressed with DivX.<br><br>EDIT: Of course, DivX fanatics will beg to differ. Avoid them at all costs. ;)]]></description>
