What Utopia seems to be doing is providing big, cheap, trucks when you're more interested in selling Chevy Luv pickups.<br><br>Now if you want to talk about providing a Rolls-Royce to someone who just wants a truck to haul data, you'd have to look at ISDN, which was a Baby Bell offering and largely a flop.
